News

  • 2017-12-22: SCOPe 2.07-stable is being prepared for release in Feb 2018. The new release features manual classification of domains from many larger structures, including the spliceosome, proteasome, and RNA polymerase I, and many other Pfam families not previously classified in SCOP. We have identified dozens of new superfamilies that will be included in the upcoming release.
  • 2017-09-01: We are still without funding, but shutdown has been postponed for a year. More details are here.
  • 2016-11-30: We published a paper on new features in SCOPe [PDF].
  • 2015-09-22: We published a paper about how SCOP and SCOPe have been used in recent studies [PDF].
