Changes and additions from ASTRAL 1.69 to 1.71:

* Update on 24 Jan 2007

The PDB-style files for the PDB entry 1wmg were corrupt in the
original ASTRAL 1.71 release, and have now been fixed.  These files
were also part of the following archives:

pdbstyle-sel-gs-bib-40-1.71.tgz
pdbstyle-sel-gs-bib-95-1.71.tgz
pdbstyle-1.71-3.tgz

If you downloaded the sets before they were corrected, you don't
have to download them again; you can get the corrected entries here:

* SPACI and AEROSPACI scores

We re-calculated AEROSPACI and SPACI scores for all PDB files in
ASTRAL 1.69, including entries that were present in older versions.
We were able to generate scores for the first time for 684 proteins on
which we were previously unable to obtain WHAT_CHECK results.


* ASTEROIDS

Pfam release 20 is being used to create ASTEROIDS in ASTRAL 1.71;
these will be released when completed.
