Changes and additions from ASTRAL 1.65 to 1.67:
 

* SPACI and AEROSPACI scores

SPACI and AEROSPACI scores are now calculated using Linux
versions of PROCHECK (v.3.5.4) and WHAT_CHECK (20030601-1154).
These produce scores slightly different from the older SGI
versions of the programs, and also different from the
WHAT_CHECK reports available online.  We re-calculated SPACI
scores for all PDB files in ASTRAL 1.67, including entries
that were present in older versions.  Therefore, SPACI and
AEROSPACI scores have changed slightly for many older proteins.


* ASTEROIDS
 
Pfam release 16 was used to create ASTEROIDS in ASTRAL 1.67.


* PDB Chain Sequences

At the request of our users, we now generate PDB chain sequences
based on ATOM as well as SEQRES records.  These may be found on
the "other sequences" page.  We did not generate selected subsets
based on this file.
