Search help

Enter any number of search terms. Items that will be searched include SCOP titles, keywords from PDB entries, gene and species names, SCOP comments, and various SCOP identifiers (sunid, sid, sccs). If you enter multiple terms, results containing any of the terms are returned (although results matching several terms rank higher). If you put a '+' immediately before a term, it must be present in the results. If you put a '-' before a term, results matching the term will NOT be returned. If you put a '~' before a term, results matching the term will be downweighted relative to those that don't. Multi-word terms can be surrounded by double quotes. You can also group terms in parentheses.

The search engine we use is MySQL's full text searching. More info on operators you can use is here.
