Changes and additions from ASTRAL 2.06 to 2.07:

* PDB remediation

Several PDB entries had multiple chains deleted, merged, or
re-lettered since the last SCOPe freeze date.  This means that the
domains from these PDB entries received different IDs, although the
domains themselves did not change significantly.  The PDB entries
affected are: 2gk1, 1np0, 1jwy, 1jx2, 5dhx.

These changes are also noted in the Stats & History tab, and on the
relevant SCOPe web pages.
