For most users, we recommend

sequence sets .
These are sequences for every PDB
chain included in the
Rapid Access Format

Astral chain sequence
subset, based on PDB SEQRES
records,
nonredundant (less than 100% identity to each other): download sequences (7.1 MB) , identifiers , or the verbose selection log .
Astral chain sequence
subset, based on PDB SEQRES

less than 95% identity to each other: download sequences (3.8 MB) , identifiers , or the verbose selection log .
Astral chain sequence
subset, based on PDB SEQRES
records,
less than 90% identity to each other: download sequences (3.6 MB) , identifiers , or the verbose selection log .
These are sequences for domains in SCOPe classes beyond the first 7 (i.e., "h: Coiled coil proteins" and above).
Note: The classification of proteins in
SCOP
classes beyond the first 7 has been described by the
SCOP curator
as not part of the proper
SCOP classification .
Therefore, these sequences are not recommended
unless you really need them:
